O3D: create interactive 3D applications in a web browser

Wednesday, April 22, 2009

Google has released O3D, a new, shader-based, low-level graphics API for creating interactive 3D applications in a web browser. The video above is a demo of what it can do. I have already downloaded and installed the plugin and on the process of testing it. Well, this is not the first thing of its kind, I have seen Unity 3D which I guess is very much ahead of the new O3D, check out the Unity 3D demo video below.

Kung magka time he he he pero di pa ngayon, sa web design muna yun aralin ko. Meron ako background konti sa 3D, medyo marunong ako konti sa Lightwave 3D at 3D Studio Max pero di na ako updated kasi iba na yung interest ko ngayon, mas sa web design na.
