This is good news to smokers. You can now smoke in public places; in the bus, in the movie house, in mall, anywhere you like. Thanks to e-cigarette or electronic cigarette is a metal tube that when puffed gives off a vapor that dissipates in seconds. There is no smoke and the vapor emitted is odorless. E-cigarettes were invented in 2004 in China. Web sellers market them as an alternative to smoking cigarettes, cigars and pipes.
