But there is something that unexpectedly comes out, Verizon introduced the HTC Droid Eris and will also release it in just a few hours. Verizon Droid Eris comes cheap, it is only $99 with a two-year contract after a $100 mail in rebate. This is the cheapest Android phone as of now. Motorola Droid is twice the price of the Droid Eris, it costs $199 with a two-year contract and a mail-in rebate.
