iPhone 3gs

Apple's new iPhone would be announced a few hours from now and there are many speculations about it. What is expected of the new iPhone? Would it have a bigger RAM? Of course that's for sure and the natural thing to expect. Would it have a faster CPU and a more powerful camera? Again it will surely have it. But of course it is all speculations.
