It is also possible that some spammers and hackers are fabricating these rumors about the Facebook Fan check virus to make people search solutions for the alleged virus and lead them to sites laden with malware. But the best thing to do now, whether its just rumors or true, it is best to steer clear of Fan Check as of now.
