Google Earth API plugin now Available

Wednesday, May 28, 2008

Google knows that you want a to access most of the key features of Google Earth in your web browser that is why they are making it possible for you through a browser plugin. Without the need to download and install the stand alone Google earth application, you can now see 3D models of buildings and view KML files in Google Earth. This plugin works for Internet explorer and Firefox but this is not available in Mozilla's addon page. The plugin is Windows only.

I love Google earth. I did not bother looking for an API plugin so that I can view the earth using the leading browsers.

I have too much plugins installed here in Mozilla Firefox. I still prefer to have a fast loading browser. But I'm still off to try the plugin :-)
