green-antivirus-2009
Have you noticed changes in your browser settings even if you can't remember changing them yourself? Do annoying commercials appear too often while you browse? When did these abnormal things start making themselves known? was it after you downloaded and installed Green Antivirus 2009? If you have downloaded and installed Green Antivirus 2009, I am sure that by now you are already experiencing the symptoms I have mentioned above. Green Antivirus 2009 or Green AV is a rouge anti-spyware that does the very opposite of what a normal antivirus does. Instead of cleaning your system, it infects it. Green AV is a malware that can hide in the background and could connect to the internet without your permission. The extent of what it can do is not exactly known, but the possibility of it compromising your online security is of course very high.

If your system is infected with Green AV, don't worry too much because it can be removed using the Green AV remove process I have found (from SoftSailor.com). Here is the steps on how to remove Green Antivirus 2009 :

Stop the process

Press the Start + R keys, then type “taskmgr” and press Enter. Find GreenAV2009.exe and gav.exe, select them and press “End Process”.

Delete the registry entry

Press Start + R, then type “regedit” and press Enter. Locate this registry entry “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Green Antivirus 2009″ and delete it. Be careful not to delete other entries by mistake because it may cause your computer to stop working.

Delete the Green Antivirus 2009 files

Find and delete the following files: greenav2009.exe, install[1].exe, gav.exe.

Section 8 for Xbox 360

Saturday, August 29, 2009

If you've played the demo of Section 8 for Xbox 360 you are probably looking forward to enjoying the game in full come September 1st. For those who do not have any idea what Section 8 is, here's how Softsailor describes the game:
"This is a large-scale Sci-Fi FPS with the action occurring far away in the galaxy. Section 8 will give you the possibility to take part to an “epic battle” between the 8th Armored Infantry, and the Arm of Orion. Gamers will have the possibility to customize their equipment, to control great vehicles, and to go anywhere on the battlefield from 15,000 feet above in the sky."
A clan and stat portal will be opened for Section 8 where users can enjoy bonus features and interact with other users. You can download Section 8 for Xbox 360 on September 1 from this link.

Here's a video of "behind the scenes" of Section 8:

Doing Good with Infolinks

After reading a lot of blog posts about Infolinks for some time, I and my wife decided to try it on our blogs. We started to have in-text ads in three of our blogs on July 25. After putting the Infolinks code in our blogs and configuring it to match our blogs' themes, we just forgot about it. We have three Infolinks accounts, one for each blog because when we signed up last month, only one blog or site was allowed for each account (I think now Infolinks has already allowed more than one blog in one account).

Now, after 33 days of running Infolinks in-text ads in our blogs, I checked the earnings, expecting to see a few cents here and there. But I was surprised to see that in one blog, the income for 33 days has reached $87.18, averaging $2.64 per day. This is good passive income! I checked the two other accounts and saw that they are not performing like the first one. One blog has earned $25.16 in 33 days, averaging $0.70 per day. The third blog is not really doing well, it earned just $5.15 in 33 day. All in all, the three blogs earned $117.49. That's good passive income, more than enough to cover the monthly payment for the internet connection and electric bill.

I believe I can improve our Infolinks earnings if I will study it. What is good about it is that Infolinks did not affect our Adsense earnings. Last month we earned $1,202 from Adsense, this month it would still be around that amount or more (there are two days more left for this month and the earnings in the coming two days is still significant in the final amount of this month's Adsense earnings).

I guess we need to experiment with our Infolink setup in the low performing blog, probably change the number of in-text ads per page, we'll see if this will affect the earnings in the next month of September. Our setup as of now is uniform in all three blogs--7 in-text links per page.

Email Hosting

Friday, August 28, 2009

You will know when your business is really getting big when you finally need to get real with your Email Hosting. When it comes to hosted exchange and collaboration and exchange of data that your business requires, the primary concern should be about the security and privacy of data. How can security and privacy be obtained? If your business is based, say for example, in Australia, but your reach is global, you would be in some kind of danger of exposing you and your clients to different kinds of security and privacy threats like identity theft. Each country in the world has its own laws and online privacy and security is also partly dependent on how these laws function. In a country where the laws are quite slack when it comes to issues of privacy and security, you'd be in danger if you do not choose your hosted exchange wisely. But how to choose wisely? Simple, all you need to know is whether the email hosting provider can give good security like email encryption, and other kinds of advanced security features. there's one company I can suggest, OzHosting.com. They are backed by backed by the IPMG. If you don't know what is IPMG. OzHosting.com is also the most capitalised hosting provider in Australia. If you check them out now, you'll be in for something good because they have a promo, just use the promo code "EXCH25" and you'll be able to enjoy a 25% off on all of their Hosted Exchange Plans.

GScreen Dual Screen Laptop

GScreen Dual Screen Laptop
A laptop with two screens? Haven't thought about it because I never see laptops as workstations (when I think of a work station, I think about a computer with more than one monitor). For me, a laptop is for light computing only, so why the two monitors? But one company in Alaska thinks that a laptop with two monitors is cool that is why they are rolling out the GScreen Dual Screen laptop. Well, I could not help but agree that it looks cool. But my worry is about balance; won't the two screens be too heavy for the body to hold upright for long without the danger of it tipping over? But befor we worry too much about that, let's look at the specs of the GScreen Dual Screen laptop:

- 2 LED backlit display screens
- Windows VISTA (Windows Vista)/ WIN XP PRO (optional)
- Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 2.26-GHz
- 4 GB of RAM (2GB DDR2 SO-DIMM x 2)
- 320GB 7200-rpm HD
- NVIDIA® GeForce® 9800M GT with 512MB dedicated memory (or)
- NVIDIA® Quadro FX 1700M Graphics with 512MB dedicated memory
- 9-cell battery
- IEEE 1394 1 Graphics Card Output (15-pin, D-Sub) X 1, HDMI X 1 Mic-in X 1, Line-in x 1, Headphone X 1 PCI Express Card X 1 AC Power Adaptor Output: 19V DC, 90W Input: 100~240V AC, 50/60Hz universal Battery Pack Li-ion 9 cells

Hmmmnnn... quite good. But there's another thing: the baterry life, what with the two monitors eating away fast at the soul of the baterry pack?

Nokia Booklet 3G

Nokia Booklet 3G
Now here it comes, the Nokia Booklet 3G. Nokia calls it a mini laptop and not a netbook even if it has a 10.1″ screen. It has HDMI output and 3G/HSDPA ports with hot-swappable SIM card and assisted GPS. And the biggest thing that it can boast of is its 12-hour baterry life. It beats Asus by almost 4 hours. The NNokia Booklet 3G will be made of aluminum with chiclet-style keyboard, weighs at 1.25kg, under 20mm thin, WiFi and Bluetooth. By the looks of it, it won't be cheaper than the N97 and it won't be a cheap mini laptop. No price has been announced yet, probably we'll know it during the Nokia World 2009 in September 2. Check out the video below for more details about the Booklet.

Asus Disney Netpal

Saturday, August 22, 2009

My son started to be interested with the computer when he was two and a half years old. Now that he is already four he is so attached to the computer that he spends 4 to 6 hours a day in front it. He can't read yet but he knows his alphabet and he knows how to navigate to his favorite websites (game sites of course). I have also introduced him to the basics of computer graphics by teaching him how to create basic shapes and figures with a very light 3D authoring software. I also introduce him to KoolMoves, a light and not so complicated Flash authoring software. It amazes me to see him get on with these tools. He is also very much hooked with ArtRage, a paint tool that allows him to create digital paintings. Seeing all these things happening to my son really warms my heart that is why I have been thinking about buying him a netbook of his own. But of course I have my reservations, buying a four-year-old a netbook could be impractical. But now I came upon Disney Netpal, a netbook that is the result of the collaboration of Asus and Disney. This netbook is designed for children, it has a very comprehensive parental control system combined with a custom Disney-esque interface with games and all that.

The Specs: 8.9” 1024x600 Display, Atom N270 processor, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, Windows XP Home and a 5-hour battery.

I am really tempted with buying it. But no, not yet.

Nokia Netbook

Nokia Netbook
If you're smart enough, you know that it will come to this-- Nokia building netbooks. As the boundary between smartphones and netbooks gets thinner and thinner each day, this becomes inevitable, the Nokia netbook.

Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo, the Chief Executive Officer of Nokia, was heard saying “the PC and the mobile will continue to come closer and merge”. Kallasvou added that Nokia is “looking at the Netbook market to see what kind of opportunity is there”. It's just a matter of a very short time, probably early next year, and we'd be seeing Nokia netbooks.

CBS Embeds Video Player in Entertainment Weekly

Video Player in Entertainment Weekly
The future is here. Who would think that newspapers with moving pictures like the ones shown in the movie Harry Potter and in the futuristic movie Minority Report is now a reality? why am I saying that the future is here? It is because CBS embeds video player in Entertainment Weekly magazine and they call it video-in-print promotion or VIP; this technology comes very near to what we've seen in Minority Report.

It can be remembered that Esquire magazine had a special e-ink issue last year. Now Entertainment Weekly is making something better than that.

Palm Pre Ad Looks Like iPhone 3GS Commercial?

I came upon this article at TUAW.com about the similarity of the video commercials of Palm Pre (Canada) and iPhone. Mashable suggests that there is a possibility that Pre "stole a page" from iPhone in a "desperate attempt to counteract rumored lackluster sales." Well, watch the videos below and tell me what you think.

And somebody put the two video's audio on top of each other to show how almost alike they are:

Google Knows

Thursday, August 20, 2009

For about a couple of months now I have been thinking about the kind of money I'd make (it'd be big!) if I could predict the keywords that would trend in Google Search two or three months to the future. I know that it's possible, one only needs to study for some time the keywords that people google, find some pattern in there that would help predict what keywords would be searched most in the future. Well, I did not know that Google has been working on this kind of thing and now they have a white paper entitled On the Predictability of Search Trends which you can download in PDF. Here are some of Google's findings about their study:

# Over half of the most popular Google search queries are predictable in a 12 month ahead forecast, with a mean absolute prediction error of about 12%.
# Nearly half of the most popular queries are not predictable (with respect to the model we have used).
# Some categories have particularly high fraction of predictable queries; for instance, Health (74%), Food & Drink (67%) and Travel (65%).
# Some categories have particularly low fraction of predictable queries; for instance, Entertainment (35%) and Social Networks & Online Communities (27%).
# The trends of aggregated queries per categories are much more predictable: 88% of the aggregated category search trends of over 600 categories in Insights for Search are predictable, with a mean absolute prediction error of of less than 6%.
# There is a clear association between the existence of seasonality patterns and higher predictability, as well as an association between high levels of outliers and lower predictability. For the Entertainment category that has typically less seasonal search behavior as well as relatively higher number of singular spikes of interest, we have seen a predictability of 35%, where as the category of Travel with a very seasonal behavior and lower tendency for short spikes of interest had a predictability of 65%.
# One should expect the actual search trends to deviate from forecast for many predictable queries, due to possible events and dynamic circumstances.
# We show the forecasting vs actual for trends of a few categories, including some that were used recently for predicting the present of various economic indicators. This demonstrates how forecasting can serve as a good baseline for identifying interesting deviations in actual search traffic.

And this is the sweetest news: Google is introducing today a new forecasting feature in Insights for Search, along with a new version of the product. If you are wondering why I am saying that this is sweet news, well, you need to understand that keywords are the reason why I and my wife earn an average of $1,000 a month from Adsense. If we can see in advance what keywords will trend when, then we can plan ahead and do steps now to get the best out of what is coming. I heard from a reliable source that a Filipino Blogger made around $3,000 in one day from Adsense because he predicted the keywords that would trend during a particular date, one month in advance.

Satellite TV Channels

Saturday, August 15, 2009

How do you know that what you've got there in your home is the best deal on satellite television? Well, getting your satellite television should not be based on guess work, because you pay for it so you must get your money's worth; you must get all the satellite tv channels that one needs for complete television experience. The best thing to do to get the best deal on satellite television is to compare the different providers first before getting a deal. But of course it is quite difficult to just do the comparing of satellite tv connection providers yourself because all of them look the same. But there is a website that can help you compare satellite TV providers, it's Kaptain Satellite. In this website you'll learn the programming of different providers so it would be easy to pick the one that can give you your money's worth. Aside from that there are many useful information in this site, like it's easy to have a Directv vs. Dish comparison because they have all the information you need. Check Kaptain Satellite first before you pick your satellite tv provider.

Heard about Starline NB1000 10" Netbook? It's a Hongkong brand that is quite new in the netbook market. It sports a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU. Its keyboard is also slightly odd, with the shift and home keys placed on the right side of the keyboard. Watch the video below for more details about Starline NB1000 10" Netbook.

How to Find the Best Web Site Hosting

Thursday, August 13, 2009

When I first dived into the world of web site hosting, I had no idea as to how to know which web hosting company is best for me. But I knew that it is not just a matter of getting your web hosting package from the first web hosting company that comes your way. The web hosting the a web site owner chooses is the most important aspect in one's online presence. If one picks the wrong web hosting provider, one's online business is doomed from the start. So the first thing I did was make a search with my favorite search engine with the term "web hosting reviews." I was brought to WebHostingGeeks.com and it is where that I learned about the top 10 best web hosting companies. After reading the reviews in that site, I learned a lot and I was able to pick the web hosting provider for my online ventures. Now I am very happy with my current web hosting provider, I currently have 15 blogs and most of those are hosted by them. Now, because my online ventures is doing great, I am planning about expanding my online presence so I decided to buy another hosting package, an additional one for the new ventures that I am planning to take. I also want to try other web hosting providers so I made use of WebHostingGeeks.com's reviews again to find another very good web hosting company. Aside from the reviews of web hosting sites, I also love reading the WebHostingGeeks.com blog, there I learned a lot of important thing that I can use like tips on the field of ecommerce and other interesting stuff.

So if you are planning about buying a web hosting package, read up first so that the first step you make will not be a failure. You can do the reading up with the help of WebHostingGeeks.com.

Wednesday, August 12, 2009

Yes, Samsung LN52A650 52″ 1080p HDTV which is worth $1,800 is now on sale at Best Buy for only $10. Yes, I ordered five units already, how about you? Quick, before they run out of stock! I did not order because I know that this is just a mistake and Best Buy has the right to revoke the transaction once they've discovered that they made a mistake.

But if you want to risk your $10 then here's the link to the Samsung LN52A650 that is only $10 (actually its $9.99)

Facebook Lite

Today some users read this message when they logged in to their Facebook account:

So Facebook is cooking up something big, a "faster, simpler version of Facebook," in the form of Facebook Lite. According to one user who has been selected to become a beta-tester of Facebook Lite, it looks like a “FriendFeed-esque” version of Facebook. Here's more details:

The stream appears to be reduced to just status updates, likes, and comments – no activity stories, application stories, or embedded content appear. In addition, profile page tabs have been moved to the left side of the page, all basic info and small profile boxes have been removed, and the publisher is not open by default.

Twitter Guys

Tuesday, August 11, 2009

The Twitter guys can be likened to great inventors of the 20th century because it takes the same genius to create such a great thing like Twitter.

The Twitter guys, for those who do not know, are: Biz Stone, Evan Williams, and Jack Dorsey. They are the same age as me, they are my contemporaries but they have achieved so much in so short a time.

Twitter Down Again

Twitter was down again today for about 30 minutes. The outage was cause by another attack on the micro-blogging site. Twitter has posted on its status blog this message: "We're working to recover from a site outage and will update as we learn more."

Last week, Twitter suffered from a denial-of-service attack that was also carried out on Facebook, LiveJournal, and some Google sites. Twitter did not say if today's outage was caused by an attack or just said that they are analyzing traffic data.

Google Caffeine

Unknown to many of us, Google has been working on a new version of Google Search which is codenamed Google Caffeine. The purpose of Google in having a new version of Google Search is to improve the speed, accuracy, size, and comprehensiveness of indexing. Here's how Google states it:
“For the last several months, a large team of Googlers has been working on a secret project: a next-generation architecture for Google’s web search. It’s the first step in a process that will let us push the envelope on size, indexing speed, accuracy, comprehensiveness and other dimensions. The new infrastructure sits “under the hood” of Google’s search engine, which means that most users won’t notice a difference in search results. But web developers and power searchers might notice a few differences, so we’re opening up a web developer preview to collect feedback.”

Google is still working on this new version but a development version is available to anyone who would like to try it. Of course I immediately tested the development version and compared its search results with the current version of Google Search. I got two different results with the same keyword. I used the keyword "Techno techniques" and the SERP that the two versions gave out were not identical. I have yet to make more tests and comparisons between the two versions to be able to tell which performs better than th other. Of course at this stage we could not really tell because Google Caffeine is still under construction and we are not seeing the extent of what it can really do. You can try it here.

Now, the question is, would the new version of Google Search, when it comes out, affect the way we SEO? that remains to be seen.

MoGo Mouse for Netbooks

Sunday, August 9, 2009

Yes, I am one of those who are not really comfortable with using the touch pad in netbooks, it slows me down. So I use a mouse with my netbook. But I know that bringing along a mouse every time I'm out of the office with my netbook somewhat defeats the very purpose of having a netbook. I think you know what I mean. So here's good news to those who are like me who are slave to the mouse: MoGo Mouse for Netbooks by Newton Peripherals. This is the first of its kind, this is a combination Bluetooth mouse and wireless presenter and includes a holster that can be attached to your Netbook for storage. It stores and charges in a low profile adapter holder on the Netbook.

Stuart Nixdorff, President of Newton Peripherals says:

Netbooks are becoming increasingly popular, but they have no easy way to store, transport or charge a mouse. No other mouse manufacturer including Logitech, Microsoft or Belkin has yet to develop a fully integrated Netbook mouse like the MoGo Mouse for Netbooks.

We developed the Netbook MoGo mouse kit to fully integrate the MoGo Presenter mouse with any Netbook. Now users can always have a charged Bluetooth MoGo mouse with their Netbook wherever they are; and wireless retailers that are looking to sell Netbooks like AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile have access to a suite of highly portable peripherals like MoGo Talk and MoGo Mouse for Netbooks.

The specs:

* Operating System: Windows XP, Vista and Mac OS X operating systems.
* Bluetooth Specification: 2.0 EDR Compliant
* Resolution: 800 DPI
* Working Range: Up to 30 feet (10 metres)
* Dimensions: 3.1 x 2.125 x 2 inches (78 x 54 x 5 mm)
* Weight: 5 oz or 14 grams
* Battery Life: Normal battery life, 8 – 10 hours on charge, charge time 30 minutes

Windows 7 Reviews

I guess I should get myself Window 7. Why? It is because most of the Windows 7 reviews I read are good, full of praise for the new OS. Here are some reviews:

from Gizmodo:
Windows XP was a great OS in its day. Windows Vista, once it found its feet several months in, was a good OS. With Windows 7, the OS is great again. It's what people said they wanted out of Windows: Solid, more nimble and the easiest, prettiest Windows yet. There's always a chance this won't be a huge hit come October, given the economy and the state of the PC industry, but it's exactly what Microsoft needs right now. Something people can grab without fear.

from WinSuperSite:
So is Windows 7 just Vista with a bit of eye candy added and some performance tweaks? The cynical might believe so, but let's not get silly. Windows 7 is the sum of hundreds, perhaps thousands, of tiny tweaks, none of which would be particularly interesting in isolation. But taken as a whole, the result is astonishing. Where Vista felt incomplete and scattered, Windows 7 seems polished. Like an Apple product, it appears to be the result of a singular vision, though I'd be surprised if that were really the case.
from DigitalTrends:

With OS X Snow Leopard, innumerable different flavors of Linux and now Google’s own ChromeOS lining up to challenge Microsoft’s superiority in operating systems, its stranglehold on the market has never seemed more precarious. But let Windows 7 lay rumors of an OS coup d’état to rest. Like an old fascist dictator, Vista is officially dead and buried, and its successor is one you can actually warm up to. Microsoft has not only atoned for Vista’s grievances with vastly improved performance and fewer nags, a number of old standbys that no one was complaining about (like the task bar) have been reimagined and made better at the same time.

Kodak Z18

Here's a baby that you should have: the Kodak Z18. Why should you have this? Well, first it's cheap, you can have it for $180. This pocket video camera can shoot 1080p which is of course a lot better than what it's nearest rival Flip can do-- shoot a maximum of 720p only. Aside from that Kodak Z18 has a built-in image stabilization (electronic), a microphone socket and and SD card slot. It comes with a 128 MB internal memory but you can opt to expand it up to 32 GB. It also sports a vibrant 2.5-inch viewfinder and it will allow you to watch footage on HDTV with the included cables.

Mission for Month of August : Earn $2,000 from Adsense

Saturday, August 8, 2009

This week, the traffic for my blogs and my wife's is not as good as in the past months because this week I was so busy that I was not able to post as often as I should. I was very busy with office work, and during the nights I was also busy building newer "niche" blogs that I hope to monitize in a few months time. But I was quite surprised that our Adsense income is still going strong; for the first week of August, we earned $603.26 and averaged $75 per day. The posts we made during the last week of July continue to bring in good traffic and good steady income. I also noticed that despite the smaller traffic now, our ads' CTR continue to increase. We did not change the position of our ads but we changed the way we select the keywords to optimize; I guess this also contributes in the higher CTR. Some may not see the connection there, but keywords really matter not only in traffic but in how visitors behave. Let me rephrase that, the keywords we optimize really affects the kind of visitors we get.

Now, I have given myself and my wife a mission for the month of August: earn $2,000 from Adsense alone. That's a challenge I set for my self and my wife. I believe that we can make it. Last month I posted about dreaming of breaking into the realm of $1,000 a month with Adsense and we got past that, we earned $1,202 in the month of July. We are very positive about making it again--breaking into another realm of Adsense income.

Reuters Understands the World Wide Web

Friday, August 7, 2009

Unlike AP, Reuters understands the world wide web. Why am I saying this? It is because unlike AP, Reuters encourages appropriate excerpting and referencing; Rueters believes in the "link economy" and it is clearly stated in what Reuters has recently tweeted :

Aside from that, Chris Ahearn, President, Media at Thomson Reuters, has written in the Reuters blog something that shows how different Reuters view the world wide web as compared to the very outdated view of AP. Here's an excerpt of his post :
I believe in the link economy. Please feel free to link to our stories — it adds value to all producers of content. I believe you should play fair and encourage your readers to read-around to what others are producing if you use it and find it interesting.

I don’t believe you could or should charge others for simply linking to your content. Appropriate excerpting and referencing are not only acceptable, but encouraged. If someone wants to create a business on the back of others’ original content, the parties should have a business relationship that benefits both.

Let’s stop whining and start having real conversations across party lines. Let’s get online publishers, search engines, aggregators, ad networks, and self-publishers (bloggers) in a virtual room and determine how we can all get along. I don’t believe any one of us should be the self-appointed Internet police; agreeing on a code of conduct and ethics is in everyone’s best interests.

Our news ecosystem is evolving and learning how it can be open, diverse, inclusive and effective. With all the new tools and capabilities we should be entering a new golden age of journalism – call it journalism 3.0. Let’s identify how we can birth it and agree what is “fair use” or “fair compensation” and have a conversation about how we can work together to fuel a vibrant, productive and trusted digital news industry. Let’s identify business models that are inclusive and that create a win-win relationship for all parties.
If you want to read the whole post you can go here.

If you do not know how AP views the world wide web, here's the best illustration of that view: AP Charges $12.50 to quote 5 words from them. My reaction: why would I give AP $12.50 for five words from their content? I can write 500 words anytime without the need to quote them, I can always quote other sources, better ones and more open minded ones, like Reuters.

How Do You Use Google Webmaster Tools

How do you use Google Webmaster tools? If you think you have something to say about that, then Google would like you to share it to the world and have your chance to be recognized by many webmasters around the globe who want to learn more about making the most out of Google Webmaster tools.
Google's Webmaster Central has its own YouTube channel and the company would like you to submit your own video for possible inclusion in that channel.

Here are the guidelines for those who would like to submit their own video :
- Keep the video short; 3-5 minutes is ideal. Think small: a short video is a good way to showcase your use of - for example - Top Search Queries, but not long enough to highlight your whole SEO strategy.

- Focus on a real-life example of how you used a particular feature. For example, you could show how you used link data to research your brand, or crawl errors to diagnose problems with your site structure. Do you have a great tip or recommendation?

- Upload your video before September 30.

- White hats are recommended. They show up better on screen.

Escape The Convenience Store Walkthrough

Okay, I know tht you are by now nursing a headache, you've been trying to escape the convinience store the whole day but you just can get out of there. I am here to help you. I searched for a video of Escape The Convenience Store Walkthrough but I did not find any, so I ended up with the text version. So far the best one that I found is from Keybol.org, here it is, i snitched it :

It's another escape game and this time, of all the places it's Escape the Convenience Store by addicting games. I would eat all and take stuffs from this convenience store before I escape though. If you're stuck here's Escape the Convenience Store walkthrough. As usual I'll post the walkthrough bit by bit as I complete Escape the Convenience Store. Yup that means this is a live Escape the Convenience Store walkthrough.

On the first screen with the car you've rammed to the convenience store, there are items you can pick. But you're right, this is a mess. Oh boy, I've really screwed up now.

Nothing much here, let's take a look at the next screen on the right. You will notice a bunch of rack with items. Take a look on the middle rack with the glasses souvenirs at the bottom. Note them. Chicago, New York, Las Vegas, Boston.

Click the third rack, and take a lock out tool in the slim jim box at the front. Take a look at the right, after the Soda dispenser and you'll see the hotdog display. You can get a key underneath this table. There's also another key on the next screen to the right. It's on the cashier's machine on the white box. Look at what's behind this table by clicking somewhere on top. You'll see a vault, use the first key (gold) you got and get a scratch card. Use the second key (silver) to open the drawer on this scene. Get a screwdriver.

Now let's get back to the area with slushie dispenser. Use the screwdriver on the phone booth to get a coin. Click on the sratch card, then click on the coin. Rub out the scratch card to reveal a code, 4872. Geez, as if we can't use our nail. Alright so this is only a game.

You know where to input this code right? On the 3 grocery rack, there's an electronic rack. Input 4872 and you'll unlock the cooler. Open the middle cooler by clicking on its handle and take the bottle with label. You'll get a bottle of Iced Tea. Click the ? on this Iced Tea to view in full size, click on the cap, then take the cap. Click on the cap and notice the code, A12345.

Get back to the scene where you started and use the lock out tool to open the rear door. Take the glove. Click the glove then click on the glass stuff on this area to pick a glass shard.

Go to the counter area, and pop the purple balloon with the glass shard. Get another key. Use this on the locked drawer below the soda dispenser. You'll get a cup. Now here's the hardwork. Put the cup underneath one of the soda dispenser faucet. Open the faucet by clicking the handle. Bring this full cup to the grocery rack with the glass souvenirs. Fill one, then take another of the color until you fill all four glass souvenirs. Note their colors. Chicago is blue, New York is pink, Las Vegas is orange, and Boston is purple.

Go to the door with the map, and input these colors by clicking on the 4 pins, the colors changes for each game so take note! The first state on the map is Nevada, where Las Vegas is. You get the picture. Enter A12345 (written on cap) and you're free to Escape the Convenience Store!

NOTE! You have to fill up the four glasses, the color code changes for each play.
