Windows 7 is now available to TechNet and MSDN subscribers. Some independent software and hardware vendors will also be able to get their hands on the latest Windows OS. Software Assurance subscribers will also be able to download the official RTM English version of the OS on Friday at the Volume Licence Software Centre website. By September 1st, other large businesses will have Window 7. As to the rest of us, we'll have to wait for October 22 to get our hands on this. But of course, the resourceful ones can have their copy anytime after the big ones get theirs. I know that some have already installed the complete RTM 7600 build of Windows 7 from torrent sites. But if you want it the clean way, you can get Windows 7 Release Candidate, you have up to August 20th to grab a copy of it.
