Twitter Down

Twitter was Down a while ago, I tried to access its page but it won't load. i learned somewhere that the outage could be the result of a denial of service attack. Now they are up but it took me quite long to successfully log in, it kept telling me that the session expired after I hit the enter button after I typed in my password.
