Palm Pre Ad Looks Like iPhone 3GS Commercial?

I came upon this article at TUAW.com about the similarity of the video commercials of Palm Pre (Canada) and iPhone. Mashable suggests that there is a possibility that Pre "stole a page" from iPhone in a "desperate attempt to counteract rumored lackluster sales." Well, watch the videos below and tell me what you think.
