Does this version of Radiohead's Creep creeps you out? Well, that's the power of Microsoft SongSmith. If you will just read the description of the software on its website you will not be inspired, what with something that goes like this: "Songsmith generates musical accompaniment to match a singer’s voice. Just choose a musical style, sing into your PC’s microphone, and Songsmith will create backing music for you. Then share your songs with your friends and family, post your songs online, or create your own music videos."But try watching classic music videos on Youtube that have got the songsmith treatment and I bet that you'll start thinking about abusing your favorite classic.

What would happen if you combine it with Vocaloid?
February 2, 2009 at 5:19 PMWooo, with Vocaloid nothing would be left of the original song. Vocaloid is a great software, if you become good at it you will be able to create almost real human singing voice. I have Vocaloid Lola and Miriam, I love fooling around with them :)
February 3, 2009 at 4:17 AMTry Megurine Luka, the new one. I heard here voice, She sound naturally like a human. I hope they upgrade Miku nao! or else Megurine will catch up...
February 3, 2009 at 11:53 PMI guess she's not yet out? I'll watch for her :)
