I've found that http://www.freeagentnet.com has been pretty useful to me in figuring out what to do during my unemployment. I've also been able to network with some other good people between jobs.

For me, the whole job search process has been about getting as many lines in the water as possible, hoping that one of them pans out...best of luck to everyone in a tough time...
