Youtube's Upload Status Bar

If you are into uploading videos to Youtube, you know that it has been many months since the video upload status bar was gone. That feature was very useful because without it you will have a very uneasy feeling while waiting for your video to finish uploading; there is always this feeling to baby sit your upload to ensure that it is uploaded successfully. Now I came upon this blog post that says someone has spotted the upload status bar coming back to Youtube. I checked it out by testing an upload but the upload status bar is nowhere to be found.
